GuideVisualizer 2.0: Guide RNA Prediction Dataset for Plasmodium falciparum This dataset contains guide RNA prediction results generated using four Cas13 guide RNA design tools—TIGER, DeepCas13, CASowary, and Cas13design—for all protein-coding transcripts of Plasmodium falciparum 3D7 (PlasmoDB Release 68; 5,678 transcripts). Dataset contents (GuideVisualizer_Data_v2.0.tar.gz) Cas13_result/ – Per-transcript guide RNA predictions generated by Cas13design. CASowary_result/ – Per-transcript guide RNA predictions generated by CASowary (23-nt guides).
