Liver eQTL meta-analysis illuminates potential molecular mechanisms of cardiometabolic traits

These files contain the data described in Broadaway (2024), AJHG, PMID: 39173627. Version 2 corrects an annotation-join issue in the previously uploaded files. A small number of signals from 5 genes were unintentionally excluded from Version 1 during file generation. Additionally, Version 1 files used formatting that differed from the Mohlke Lab website release. This corrected release restores the excluded genes and harmonizes the Zenodo files with the website release.
