<i>Populus alba</i> × <i>P. glandulosa</i> clone 84K is widely cultivated and used as a model tree in the molecular research of woody plants because it is very easy for gene transformation. In this study, we performed PacBio sequencing and assembled the genome with a size of 781.36 Mb (mega base).银白杨（*Populus alba*）×腺毛杨（*Populus glandulosa*）无性系84K因极易完成基因转化，被广泛栽培并作为木本植物分子研究的模式树种。本研究采用PacBio测序技术进行测序并完成基因组组装，最终获得的基因组大小为781.36 Mb（兆碱基）。
