H3K36me2 ChIP-seq in immortalized Nsd1flox/flox chondroprogenitor cells infected with Egfp or Cre virus.

We obtained Nsd1flox/flox chondroprogenitor cells from newborn Nsd1flox/flox mice, infected cells with SV40 lentivirus and passed through more than ten generations until they become immortalized cells. Then immortalized Nsd1flox/flox chondroprogenitor cells then were infected with Cre lentivirus to achieve Nsd1 knockout (Mutant) and cells infected with Egfp lentivirus as control. Then these two strains of cells carry on H3K36me2 ChIP-seq to detect H3K36me2 chromatin binding landscape after Nsd1 knockout.
