Occurrence of viruses in a global collection of<i> </i><i>Phytophthora cinnamomi</i>

We studied the virome of a global collection of isolates of one of the more destructive plant and tree pathogens, <i>Phytophthora cinnamomi</i>. In total, 46 virus species were identified by stranded total RNA sequencing and their specific host was confirmed by RT-PCR. In this folder, all the amplicon sequences of this viruses are deposited. The full-legth virus sequences are available in the GenBank (see Accession numbers in the article), and the raw RNA-seq data is available in SRA under the bioproject number PRJNA1102859.本研究针对一类颇具破坏性的植物与树木病原菌——樟疫霉（*Phytophthora cinnamomi*）的全球分离株群体，对其病毒组展开了分析。通过链特异性总RNA测序，本研究共鉴定出46种病毒，并借助逆转录聚合酶链式反应（RT-PCR）验证了各病毒的特异性宿主。本文件夹中存档了所有上述病毒的扩增子序列。全长病毒序列已提交至GenBank数据库（具体登录号详见本文），原始RNA测序数据可通过生物项目编号PRJNA1102859在序列读取档案（SRA）平台获取。
