铅是一种毒性较大的重金属,铅中毒会导致智力下降,感觉功能障碍,降低运动功能和神经传导速度,会引起贫血、高血压等危害"。酒中的铅主要由蒸馏器、冷凝器、导管和贮酒容器中的铅经溶蚀而带入。酒类中的铅含量的检测,为政府部门监管提供依据,避免因酒类中的铅含量超标使用而产生食品安全问题,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。1.数据采集:采集样品编号、检验数量、样品名称、项目、方法、最大限定值、报告值、单位等信息;2.数据处理:(1)是否超出标准值,报告值为未检出、报告值小于等于最大限定值的为未超出,反之为超出,具体使用IF、OR的函数;(2)酒类中的铅检测总数:为数据统计范围内总检验数量;(3)酒类中的铅含量检出问题项次数:通过SUMIF函数将超出标准值的检验数量求和;(4)酒类中的铅含量发现率=酒类中的铅含量检出问题项次数/酒类中的铅含量监测总数*100%。

Lead is a highly toxic heavy metal. Lead poisoning can lead to intellectual decline, sensory dysfunction, impaired motor function and nerve conduction velocity, and cause adverse health effects including anemia and hypertension. Lead in alcoholic beverages is primarily introduced through the leaching of lead from distillation equipment, condensers, pipelines and wine storage containers. The detection of lead content in alcoholic beverages provides a scientific basis for government supervision, prevents food safety incidents caused by excessive lead levels in alcoholic beverages, and further safeguards consumers' food safety. 1. Data Collection: Collect information such as sample number, inspection quantity, sample name, test item, detection method, maximum allowable limit, reported value, and unit. 2. Data Processing: (1) Standard compliance judgment: Samples with a reported value of "not detected" or ≤ maximum allowable limit are considered as not exceeding the standard, while others are classified as exceeding the standard. IF and OR functions are specifically utilized for this judgment. (2) Total number of lead tests for alcoholic beverages: The total number of inspections within the data statistics scope. (3) Number of problematic detection items for lead content in alcoholic beverages: Sum the quantity of inspections that exceed the standard value using the SUMIF function. (4) Detection rate of lead content in alcoholic beverages = (Number of problematic detection items / Total number of lead monitoring for alcoholic beverages) × 100%
