van Veen et al, 2026 - Supplementary Figures

Datasets corresponding to the supplementary figures featured in the publication by van Veen et al., 2026, “ATP13A4 gates extracellular polyamine levels to control excitatory synaptogenesis.” Figure-specific archives (Supplementary Fig. 1–16) contain the underlying data corresponding to each supplementary figure presented in the manuscript. Each figure panel is assigned a dedicated folder containing raw data, data analysis files, and statistical analysis outputs. The repository also includes a readme file describing repository organization and file contents.
