Al2TiO5 sudied by in situ Laue microdiffraction (continuation of a32 2 836)

Aluminum titanate polycrystalline materials are commonly used at the industrial scale for various applications. The intrinsic properties of b-Al2TiO5 are strongly anisotropic and not easy to determine. Nevertheless, quite recent works, on single crystals or polycrystalline bulk or powdered materials, allow to access more or less to the variation as a function of the temperature of some of these intrinsic properties. During this experiment we expect to get data allowing to understand the role of the microstructure on the actual properties of aluminum titanate dense polycrystals
