Here, we investigated the use of spiked-in standards to a comparison of cells with chromosome aneuploidy. RNA-seq (with poly A RNA extraction) of DG-44 SC20 and DG-44 SC39 were performed. RNA-seq (total RNA) of these cells was also performed. We compared TMM normalization and the use of spiked-in standards.
