Gene expression profile of hepatocellular carcinoma patients in Taiwan

SUMMARY: Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of the most malignant tumors in the world. In this study, we used microarray analysis to develop gene expression profile of HCC patients in Taiwan.We showed the gene expression signature between tumor and normal samples. Overall design: 8 normal tissue and 24 hepatocellular carcinoma patients with stage T1,T3a,T3b were selected for RNA extraction and showed the gene expression profile.
