Alkbh5 mediated m6A modification promotes ovarian cancer proliferation, metastasis and immune escape

Ovarian cancer (oc/ov) is the most lethal gynecological malignancy, and abnormal N6 methyladenosine (m6A) modification is associated with several cancer progression. It is unclear whether abnormal m6A regulatory mechanisms affect egg OC immune escape. This study aims to explore the possible molecular mechanism of alkbh5 mediated itgb1 m6A modification in the development of ovarian cancer, and reveal its role in regulating ovarian cancer cell behavior and immune escape, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic targets.
