LMT-Atlas: A Methanol-Tolerance Database for Lipases (v2.0)

LMT-Atlas (Lipase Methanol-Tolerance Atlas) v2.0 is a curated database of methanol-tolerance evidence for triacylglycerol lipases (EC 3.1.1.3), integrating literature and patent sources. It contains 626 enzyme entries (wild-type and engineered variants), 440 constructs with modelled methanol-tolerance scores, 696 assay protocols, and 2,740 measurement records, organised in a five-layer schema (species → variant/construct → assay protocol → measurement → source). Each scored construct carries a continuous latent tolerance score (LTS_ref) with a 95% credible interval and a confidence value from a hierarchical partial-pooling model, together with a rank-stability tolerance tier. This archive holds the frozen v2.0 data tables (CSV and SQLite), a data dictionary, model card, hash manifest, README, changelog, and license, supporting full reproducibility of the accompanying database article. v2.0 adds a family-VIII Antarctic lipase (LipA9), splits organism/strain/expression-host fields, tags crude preparations with downweighting, writes back parent structures, and refreshes coverage; v1.0 frozen scores are unchanged.
