Model for Integrating Corporate Supply Chain Management Business Processes in the Direction of a Green Economy

Economic activities that prioritize environmental aspects and address environmental issues are one of today's corporate goals. This study aims to achieve this green economy by identifying factors and indicators that contribute to the effectiveness of supply chain management processes in corporations. These factors and indicators were identified through a process using factor analysis and regression analysis based on questionnaire data obtained from company employees. Four new factors were identified in this study: techno-operational framework, customer experience quality, partnership synergy, and customer value exchange. Furthermore, this study seeks to provide strategic recommendations for each factor to help companies address existing challenges. These recommendations provide opportunities for companies to optimize the effectiveness of their supply chain management, thereby enhancing their performance and competitive advantage in the market toward a green economy.
