TMBuD

The TMBuD dataset was developed by Politehnica University of Timișoara in Romania, with a focus on building detection in urban scenarios. It contains 160 building images with a resolution of 768×1024 pixels, and is primarily used to evaluate sophisticated algorithms for building edge detection and semantic segmentation. During its creation, key edges and semantic labels were manually annotated to guarantee the dataset's quality. The TMBuD dataset finds applications in augmented reality and urban planning, with the goal of enhancing the understanding of urban environments and improving the accuracy of automated building detection.
