The table shows the breadth of the antibody response to S. haematobium antigens (number of positive anti-Sh Ig) and the different positivity patterns of IgM and IgG responses to SWAP and SEA antigens, with their relative proportion (%) in the total study population. Antibody positivity is indicated by a coloured cell (anti-SWAP IgM: pink; anti-SWAP IgG: yellow; anti-SEA IgM: violet; anti-SEA IgG: orange).
