Camk2a-neuron specific FLAG-Ago HITS-CLIP

The HITS-CLIP procedure was used to detect miRNA mediated Argonaute (Ago) binding in Camk2a mouse neurons. Overall design: In three independent experiments (experiment 1-3), mice that express a Flag-tagged Ago2 protein specifically in Camk2+ neurons in the forebrain (Camk2a-cre; Rosa-Stopfl/fl-Flag_x0002_Ago2) and control mice (Rosa-Stopfl/fl-Flag-Ago2) were subject to FLAG-Ago HITS-CLIP. This was done to detect potential miRNA seed targeting in Camk2a neurons.
