This dataset is a knowledge graph constructed from association relationships extracted by GPT, which illustrates the interaction network between semaglutide products and their associated adverse events reported on Reddit. The graph contains detailed statistical data on adverse events, including the distributions of mention frequency and severity, and is equipped with interactive functions for in-depth examination. The dataset covers 7,225 associations, connecting 4 drug brands and 1,775 unique adverse event entities. The task of this work focuses on pharmacovigilance and adverse event analysis.
