Processed single-cell RNA-seq Seurat object of sporadic colorectal cancer

This dataset contains a processed Seurat object generated from single-cell RNA sequencing of colorectal cancer tumor tissue. The object includes quality-controlled cells, normalized expression data, dimensionality reduction results, clustering information, cell-type annotations, and metadata used for downstream analyses of the tumor immune microenvironment, malignant epithelial cells, T-cell populations, and cancer-associated fibroblast-related communication. The dataset is provided as processed data to support the findings of the associated manuscript. Raw sequencing data have been deposited separately in [CNCB/HRA018498].
