Syntherra: RL model for drug molecule generation

This project was created for Slovene Hackathon 2025 organized by Arnes. We created reinforcement learning model for molecule generation based on graph convolution networks. It uses supervisely learned pretrained model, that we trained on dataset of 2.4 million distict compounds. We included over 60 most popular environmnets and the best solution by our model for each one of them. Feel free to visit our Codeberg repository for more information.
