Minority Governments Support Dataset

In this dataset, we classify minority governments as either formal or substantive minority governments. We speak of a formal minority government if there exists a fixed/institutionalized support party/parties and a high degree of coordination between government party/parties and support party/parties. Substantive minority governments on the other hands, build their legislative majorities in a more ad-hoc fashion.
