Leading types of candy U.S. consumers plan to buy for Halloween 2024

For 2024's Halloween, about four in five consumers in the United States said they were likely to buy chocolate candy bars, making it the most popular candy item for the trick-or-treat season. Licorice was the least likely item to be purchased for Halloween.
