资源简介:
Objective To systematically analyze the research landscape, hotspots evolution and future development trends of innovative talent cultivation at home and abroad through bibliometric methods, providing empirical evidence and insights for talent strategies in hospital management, medical device/drug research and development (R&D), and clinical translation. Methods Based on the Web of Science Core Collection database, relevant literature on innovative talent cultivation from 1900 to 2025 was retrieved, with the inclusion of only articles and reviews. A subset of literature focusing on talent cultivation in medical innovation was constructed. VOSviewer and Citespace were used for co-authorship network, keyword clustering and burst analysis, and conducted in-depth interpretation of the highly influential papers in the pharmaceutical subset. Results In the macro field (33,659 articles), the United States led in the number of publications (27.24%), followed by China (18.86%). China's growth rate (32.59%), citation frequency (114 times), and the rate of funding from Chinese funds (40.05%) all ranked first globally. Analysis of the medical subset (1,884 articles) revealed that top global medical schools and medical centers formed the core of the collaboration network. Research hotspots are rapidly evolving from traditional medical education to technology-enabled models such as "artificial intelligence" and "virtual reality." China exhibits a dual characteristic of "national strategy-driven" and "cutting-edge technology integration" in both macro and medical fields, but depth in international collaboration within the medical field remains insufficient. Conclusion Research on innovative talent cultivation shows significant geographical and domain-specific differentiation. In the future, efforts should focus on building deeply synergistic transnational innovation networks integrating "clinical practice, R&D, and industry," leveraging the strategic guiding role of funding, and systematically accumulating and analyzing successful cases of cultivating key roles (e.g., research leaders, clinical research coordinators) in hospitals and pharmaceutical companies to precisely implement innovative talent cultivation models in the frontline of medical device/drug R&D and clinical translation.
