2010、2015、2020年中国地级及以上城市居民住房负担指数

从居民住房负担视角出发，统筹考虑城市中购房和租房两个群体，基于传统的房价收入比和房租收入比，构建居民住房负担指数（HAI），计算2010、2015、2020 年
中国地级及以上城市居民住房负担。作为对SDG 11.1原有指标的补充，该指数概念明确、时空可比、数据易得，评估群体涵盖了城市中所有居民，对于城市中没有房产的年轻群体和外来移民尤其具有参考意义。

From the perspective of residents' housing affordability, this study constructs the Housing Affordability Index (HAI) by taking into account both homebuyers and renters in urban areas, based on the traditional housing price-to-income ratio and rent-to-income ratio. We calculate the housing affordability of residents in prefecture-level and above cities in China for the years 2010, 2015, and 2020. As a supplement to the original indicators of SDG 11.1, this index features clear conceptual definition, spatio-temporal comparability, and readily available data. Its assessment scope covers all urban residents, and it is particularly informative for young groups and migrant populations without homeownership in urban areas.
