Expression data from Soma dissected from single-cell rat Hippocampal neurons

To assess neuronal expression divergence between mice and rats, we used the Affymetrix array platform to assay the transcriptomes of micro-dissected individual soma and pool of dendrites of hippocampal neurons in dispersed primary cell cultures from rat and mouse.为评估小鼠与大鼠的神经元表达差异，我们采用Affymetrix芯片平台（Affymetrix array platform），对取自大鼠和小鼠的分散原代海马神经元培养物中，经显微切割的单个神经元胞体以及混合树突样本的转录组开展检测。
