This study explores the acceptance and usage intention of video conferencing software within Chinese financial institutions in Shanghai, China. It utilized the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework and combined the variables of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. The sample size was 403 employees working in the Shanghai, China financial institute.
