The Human Lung Cell Atlas is a specialized human lung cell atlas database. It profiled approximately 75,000 human lung and blood cells via single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), and characterized the gene expression profiles and anatomical locations of 58 human lung cell populations, encompassing 41 known cell types and 14 newly identified cell types. Employing a multi-method cell annotation strategy integrated with extensive tissue localization data, this database provides a comprehensive molecular atlas for lung cells.
