We report RNA-seq data from 3 hTERT immortalised human endometrial stromal cell (HESC) lines following induced overexpression of LINC00339 realtive to blank vector controls. RNA-Seq was employed to identify those genes differentially expressed between controls and cells overexpressing LINC00339. L-HESC cells demonstrated the largest number of significantly differentially expressed genes; 924 genes (FDR threshold <0.05). T-HESCs demonstrated 280 significantly differentially expressed genes (FDR <0.05) in response to LINC00339 overexpression. M-HESC cells had 17 differentially expressed genes at an FDR <0.05 (this number increased to 68 significantly differentially expressed genes when the FDR was increased to a cut-off of <0.075). Overall design: A human expression vector (pPM-N-D-C-HA) containing LINC00339 (RefSeq NR_109759) and a blank control vector were transfected into 3 HESC cell lines for 48 hours.
