B型瓦楞纸箱抗压强度分析数据

瓦楞纸箱每次出厂前需抽样检测纸箱抗压强度值，来匹配客户对纸箱抗压强度值的定制要求，进而为瓦楞纸箱性能是否合格提供基础数据，有利于保障纸箱质量，提高对内装产品在装载、运输、保管等过程中的各种冲击、振动、颠簸、压缩、摩擦等外力的保护作用。选取瓦楞纸箱样品进行抗压强度测试。 1、数据采集：明确纸箱配料、规格、楞型；参照瓦楞纸箱国家标准，贮存期小于30天，强度安全系数K为1.6，贮存期30天-100天，强度安全系数K为1.65，贮存期100天以上，强度安全系数K为2，；瓦楞纸箱包装件用电子秤称重，质量为G（kg）；测量纸箱堆积高度H（mm），瓦楞纸箱箱高h（mm）。2、数据计算：最高堆码层数等于纸箱堆积高度除以瓦楞纸箱箱高，a=H/h，a取整数A（舍去小数点后数字），抗压强度值P（N）= K•G(A-1 )×9.8。 3、数据结论：抗压强度值大于客户定制要求值，判定为合格。

Before leaving the factory, corrugated cardboard boxes shall undergo sampling inspection of their compressive strength values to meet the customized compressive strength requirements of customers. This provides basic data for evaluating whether the corrugated cardboard boxes meet performance standards, which helps ensure the quality of the boxes and enhance their protective performance against various external forces including impact, vibration, jolting, compression and friction that packed products may encounter during loading, transportation, storage and other related processes. Corrugated cardboard box samples are selected for compressive strength testing.

1. Data Collection: Confirm the raw materials, specifications and flute types of the corrugated cardboard boxes. In accordance with the Chinese national standard for corrugated cardboard boxes, the strength safety factor K is set as 1.6 when the storage period is less than 30 days; 1.65 when the storage period ranges from 30 days to 100 days; and 2 when the storage period exceeds 100 days. The mass G (kg) of the corrugated cardboard box package is measured with an electronic scale. The stacking height of the boxes H (mm) and the height of a single corrugated cardboard box h (mm) are measured.

2. Data Calculation: The maximum stacking layers is equal to the stacking height divided by the height of a single box, i.e., a = H/h. The value of a is truncated to an integer A. The compressive strength value P (N) is calculated as P = K·G(A-1) × 9.8.

3. Data Conclusion: If the compressive strength value exceeds the customer's customized requirement value, the corrugated cardboard box is judged as qualified.
