Candidate biomarkers of EV-microRNA in detecting REM sleep behavior disorder and Parkinson's disease

Our study provides a valuable resource for small RNA profiles in normal, iRBD and PD plasma EVs, and showed that the EV-miRNAs have the potential to serve as biomarker for diagnosing the PD patients and iRBD patients.
