The Influence of Trading Dashboard Quality on Continuance Intention Among Cryptocurrency Exchange Users in Indonesia

The increasing use of cryptocurrency exchange platforms has made trading dashboards an important interface for accessing market information and supporting trading activities. However, despite their central role in users’ trading experience, there remains a lack of clarity on how different dimensions of dashboard quality influence users’ post-adoption perceptions and intention to continue using cryptocurrency exchange platforms. This study aims to examine how System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality experienced through trading dashboards influence Perceived Usefulness, Trust, User Satisfaction, and Continuance Intention. Employing a quantitative approach with 417 valid Indodax users selected through purposive sampling in Indonesia during August–September 2026, data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.0 The findings indicate that Service Quality significantly influences Perceived Usefulness, Trust, and User Satisfaction, while System Quality significantly influences Trust and User Satisfaction. Information Quality significantly influences Perceived Usefulness and Trust. Furthermore, Perceived Usefulness, Trust, and User Satisfaction significantly influence Continuance Intention. These findings highlight the importance of viewing trading dashboards as an integrated system, information, and service environment in supporting continued cryptocurrency exchange usage.
