NRS-18720 | Special Reports to Parliament [NSW Ombudsman]

Under the Ombudsman Act 1974, the Ombudsman may at any time make a special report to the House of Parliament and must also provide the Minister with a copy of the report on any matter arising in connection with the discharge of the Ombudsman's functions.
