资源简介:
Photocrosslinkable injectable hydrogels dressings prepared based on natural polymer materials not only have good biocompatibility and bioactivity, but also possess the ability to fill tissue defects of irregular shapes and the characteristics of non - invasive drug delivery, showing great research value in the biomedical field. However, it remains a challenge to prepare photocrosslinkable injectable hydrogels dressings with better performance by using natural materials. Therefore, the effects of both radical photo polymerization and photo-click chemistry method on the properties of hydrogels were explored in depth in this paper. A series of radical photo polymerization hydrogels and photo - click chemistry hydrogels were prepared under visible light, with natural Bletilla striata polysaccharide and hyaluronic acid as base material. Comparison of the two types of hydrogels revealed that photo - click chemistry hydrogels have more uniform and dense pore sizes, more superior mechanical properties, better cell compatibility, stronger antioxidant properties, as well as good injectability, drug - sustained - release performance and degradability. The results show that photocrosslinked hydrogels dressings prepared by photo - click chemistry method have better properties than radical photo polymerization method, and exhibit greater potential for application in biomedical fields such as wound healing.
