RNAseq analysis of Neuro-2a cells after infection with HSV-1

We used HSV-1 to infect Neuro-2a cells (MOI=10) for 5h, and set the mock group without infection as a control. Host genes that were significantly changed between HSV-1 infected and control groups were compared. Overall design: We focused on genes that were significantly up-regulated or down-regulated in the infected group compared to the control group. Three replicates were set for each group, named MOCK1, MOCK2, MOCK3, HSV1, HSV2, and HSV3.
