Integrated DM01–NSS24 dataset for NHS diagnostic governance research (2026)

This dataset integrates two publicly available NHS sources to enable per-provider analysis of the relationship between Electronic Patient Record (EPR) IT satisfaction and diagnostic waiting-time breach performance: 1. DM01: NHS England's monthly Diagnostic Waiting Times and Activity dataset (January–November 2025), reporting six-week breach rates across 381 acute trusts. 2. NSS24: NHS Staff Survey 2024 organisational results, including the IT satisfaction score (q11d), staffing pressure, and time pressure indicators. The integration produces a per-provider master file linking each trust's mean breach rate to its self-reported IT satisfaction and to the EPR vendor it operates. This dataset was created to support the dissertation "Rewiring the Electronic Patient Record: An Action-First Architecture" (Athmani, 2026, Solent University).
