Transposable element sequence library for Neurospora species

Neurospora transposable element library modified from Gioti et al (2012) which can be found here: http://fungalgenomes.org/ public/neurospora/data/repeatlib/Gioti_neurospora_repeats.renamed.lib<br>Our current version of the library has been curated to remove LTR and nonLTR sequences from the Gioti_neurospora_repeats.renamed.lib that were identified with LTRharvest that however did not have retroelement domains.
