Mathematical logic that can predict genetic interactions (S. cerevisiae) based on perturbations to Gene Ontology subsystems.
Each node represents a Gene Ontology subsystem (i.e. a term). A node's attributes describe the enrichment of negative (or positive) genetic interactions for the set of gene pairs where both genes are in that subsystem. An edge's attributes describe the enrichment of genetic interactions for the set of gene pairs where one gene is in one subsystem and the other gene is in the other subsystem.
