Processed phytoplankton data from IMOS AODN required by the project.

Australian Ocean Data Network (AODN) provides access to many datasets, and some datasets were processed outside of the analysis code in this project. In the interest of reproducibility, the processed data as used in the project is provided here.IMOS and AODN provide data under a CC-BY-4.0 licence, and the data in this record is also under the CC-BY-4.0 license. Claire Davies performed the preprocessing. Data was sourced from Australia’s Integrated Marine Observing System (IMOS) – IMOS is enabled by the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure strategy (NCRIS). It is operated by a consortium of institutions as an unincorporated joint venture, with the University of Tasmania as Lead Agent.
