In this study, we performed transcriptomic analysis on blood samples collected from volunteers vaccinated as part of a phase I study of an saRNA vaccine expressing SARS-CoV-2 spike antigen (COVAC1). This dataset includes the processed counts for RNA sequencing in COVAC1 vaccine recipients (anonymised participant IDs) at prime (V2), 24-hours post prime (V2a) at boost (V5) and 24-hours post boost (V5a) Consent has been obtained for this anonymised dataset to be shared
