Immunisation with saRNA induces a strong innate immune signature after prime and boost immunisation leading to increases in innate cells in the blood

In this study, we performed transcriptomic analysis on blood samples collected from volunteers vaccinated as part of a phase I study of an saRNA vaccine expressing SARS-CoV-2 spike antigen (COVAC1).

This dataset includes the processed counts for RNA sequencing in COVAC1 vaccine recipients (anonymised participant IDs) at prime (V2), 24-hours post prime (V2a) at boost (V5) and 24-hours post boost (V5a)
