<p>Panel study (13 waves) of employers monitoring working conditions, absence, incapacity and reintegration after illness. What are the effects of new laws in these fields. The financial risks of incapacity (arbeidsongeschiktheid) are now higher for the employer and employee. What do employers pro-actively do to prevent illness or incapacity. This panel study also aims to provide information for policy research and evaluation of the new laws.</p>
