资源简介:
To investigate the effect of FET cycles on infant birth weight outcomes and to identify the variables predicting large for gestational age (LGA) infants. Fetal growth is a complex process of maternal, placental and fetal interaction, regulated by inherent genetic, metabolic, and endocrine factors and is considered to be an independent predictor of postnatal infant health, as suggested by the Developmental Origins of Health and Disease hypothesis (Barker, 2007). One concern which has consistently plagued FET cycles was highlighted in previously reported studies; FET cycles have an increased risk for high birth weight outcomes, including LGA and macrosomia (Wennerholm et al., 2013, Pinborg et al., 2013, Pinborg et al., 2014).
