Pathway-Associated Gene Expression in Mouse GI Tissues Under Western Diet and Fetal Antibiotic Exposure.

Pregnant mice were treated with control, interperitoneal, or orally administered antibiotics. Offspring were raised on normal or western diet. Organs were harvested at 30 weeks of age, flash-frozen, and stored at -80C until RNA extraction. The custom probe panel is a mouse version of platform GPL26764, with pathway enriched selection of KEGG pathway genes for tight junction, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, and colorectal cancer.
