To investigate the NRF2-specific cytotoxic effects of HDAC inhibition, we assessed genomic distribution of histone acetylation modifications and readers in the context of control and NRF2-overexpressing mouse LUAD cells upon HDAC inhibition. CUT&Tag of H3K27ac, H4ac (H4K5ac, H4K8ac, H4K12ac, H4K16ac) and BRD4 in KP1 EV and NRF2 cells treated with DMSO or Romidepsin.
