Race (DP05) Each scored category represents 20% of the total population of the City of Dallas. A score of 5 represents the percentage of people of color is between 90.1% - 99.7%. A score of 4 represents that the percentage of people of color is between 78.2% and 90%. A score of 3 represents that the percentage of people of color is between 50.2% and 77.2%. A score of 2 represents that the percentage of people of color is between 23.2% and 50.02%. A score of 1 represents the percentage of people of color is between 0.8% - 23%.
