Acute colitis was established in mice using 3% DSS, and glycerol monolaurate (10mg) was administered for two weeks. At the end of the model we collected feces from the mice for 16S sequencing. There are three groups which include the con group (201-205), DSS group (207-209), DSS+GML group (211-215)
