A next generation three-dimensional hydrogel-based culture system for studying host-pathogen interaction and drug efficacy in tuberculosis

An accessible, simple, reliable, next-gen in-vitro platform to further the screening for Mtb drugs and understand TB host-pathogen interaction. Overall design: Dual RNA sequencing to dissect the host-pathogen interaction mechanisms by identifying their transcriptomic differences in the collagen gels 14 days post-infection. Please note that the 'Dual_Mtb3' sample was not considered for analysis.
