This dataset contains (1) structural models in CIF format of ribosomal proteins encoded in the genome of the cyanophage PhiMa05 (GenBank accession number: MW495066.1; folder 'PhiMa05_ribosomal_proteins' inside the zip file). (2) Genome annotation files of Vampirovibrio chlorellavorus Vc_AZ_2 (folder 'Vc_AZ_2-genome-annotation' inside the zip file). And (3) genome annotation files of contig QFWI01000011.1 of V. chlorellavorus Vc_AZ_2 (folder 'Vc_AZ_2-contig11-annotation' inside the zip file). The CIF files in the 'PhiMa05_ribosomal_proteins' folder are labeled by GenBank accession number and ribosomal protein name (e.g., 'WMU93207-bS1'). The 'PhiMa05_hypothetical_proteins' folder contains the structural models of the hypothetical proteins of PhiMa05.
