The expression of SALL3 in hiPSCs correlated positively with ectoderm differentiation capacity and negatively with mesoderm/endoderm differentiation capacity. We investigated reference gene expression in human iduced pluripotent stem cells infected shRNA to SALL3. Overall design: Total RNAs were extracted from undifferentiated state of 253G1 cells infected control shRNA or SALL3 shRNA, and we obtained the transcript expression profiles using Affymetrix microarrays.
