Using active device fingerprinting technology to collect and analyze unique marker sequence data of user devices, while ensuring compliance and user privacy protection, can not only accurately identify user devices, but also help provide customized services and enhance user experience. In the cybersecurity industry, it enables enterprises to more accurately identify and understand user behaviors, conduct user behavior analysis and security monitoring, thereby providing customized services and products and enhancing industry competitiveness. Data Collection and Processing: Actively collect multi-dimensional information data from access devices, such as MAC address, device IMEI number, current device IMSI number, operating system version, set language, screen resolution, etc., followed by data cleaning and deduplication. Fingerprint Calculation: Convert all collected data into byte sequences, pad the byte sequences to a length that is a multiple of 512 bits with the remainder congruent to 448 bits modulo 512, and append a 64-bit field storing the original message length. The initial values of specific standard constants are set as A = 0x67452301, B = 0xefcdab89, C = 0x98badcfe, D = 0x10325476. Divide the padded data into 512-bit message blocks, each split into 16 32-bit sub-blocks. Perform 64 rounds of iterations for each message block, with each iteration including four core bitwise operations: addition, bitwise NOT, conditional selection, and bitwise rotation. Each iteration uses different constants and shift amounts, and selects different sub-blocks based on the iteration index. Meanwhile, in each iteration, update the four constant values A, B, C, and D via bitwise operation functions and logical operations. After completing all iterations, add the initial A, B, C, D values to the intermediate updated values to obtain the final hash value, which is output as a 32-bit hexadecimal string, namely the device fingerprint ID. This ID can represent the user's device without directly exposing the user's personal information. Data Application: Using active device fingerprinting technology to collect and analyze unique marker sequence data of user devices for secure identification of user devices, which helps provide customized services and enhance user experience.
