Dataset on Predictive Customer Modeling in Automotive After-Sales Services Utilizing Machine Learning (ICDEES)

This dataset presents the bibliometric and thematic resources utilized to underpin a systematic literature review on machine learning-based predictive customer modeling in after-sales services. It encompasses comprehensive bibliometric metadata for 365 Scopus-indexed publications, outputs generated from Biblioshiny (via the Bibliometrix R package), and a collection of 24 selected studies for thematic synthesis. The dataset includes publication details such as titles, authors, abstracts, keywords, sources, publication years, and citation metrics. These resources promote transparency and reproducibility while facilitating further exploration of data engineering and enterprise system perspectives in predictive customer modeling research.
