Chemical-physical parameters, major, minor, trace elements and stable isotopic composition of groundwater belonging to the hydrogeological basin of Trabia-Termini Imerese Mounts, Sicily (ltaly).

This dataset concerns the hydrogeological basin of Trabia-Termini Imerese Mounts that is located in the northwest area of Sicily, in a sector of the province of Palermo. Geochemical methods have been an useful tools for understanding processes altering the quality of groundwaters during their flow, such as the interactions between host rocks and groundwater and pollution coming from human activities. Records include: chemical-physical parameteres, major elements, minor elements, trace elements and stable isotopic composition of water collected from 10 wells during 2004-2005. This study is part of the Water Protection Plan of the Sicilian Regional Government.
